Call To Order- Chairman Roland Morris

Roll Call- Town Clerk Alicia Watts- All present

Approval of January 8, 2019 Minutes- Motion to approve made by Mr. Bourg, seconded by Ms. Stafford, passed with all in favor

Item 1-

Erin Poole, 409 Main St, requests conditional use for her marina to allow a restaurant. Brett Freret explained the south portion of the 300x120 subdivided area would host a restaurant. Mr. Bourg made a motion to grant a conditional use for the restaurant, provided no food is served after 9pm and it closes an hour after. Mr. Lange seconded, passed with all in favor except Ms. Mendow.

Item 2-

Dixie RV requests conditional use for parking. Steven Guidry showed plans to acquire 406 Main St to provide employee parking for the restaurant that will occupy the middle floor of the old Friends building. The employees would enter from St. Mary St, the lot would hold 26 parking spaces and be fenced and landscaped. A motion to approve conditional use for parking, pending purchase, was made by Mr. Bourg, seconded by Ms. Stafford, and passed with all in favor.

Adjournment- Motion made by Mr. Bourg, seconded by Ms. Mendow and passed with all in favor.
